Yes, there are no exceptions. If we make a product, you can get an NFR license for your internal production and training use. We want all our partners to be able to promote and support our products, so the least we can do is provide is provide them free licensing. As team members, you also get free access to our popular ACC AdminPack, which includes hundreds of dollars worth of utilities all other resellers have to pay for.

Our formula for KPP commissions is simple. Whatever you would have made dealing directly with Swiftpage, you make 5% less with us. In other words, if you had a 20% sales commission with Act!, you'd get 15% with us. Keep in mind that for that 5% we handle all sales, all demos, all renewals, all receivables, all license management, and we absorb all credit card fees involved in the transactions, so you get a lot without giving up a lot.

This has only happened once, but the process is simple. On all accounts that are clearly marked yours, we will step aside and let you renew them one at a time until you're whole again. We stop marketing to them entirely, and after one year you should be back to the state where you started.

Unfortunately Swiftpage does not have a process for flipping back accounts to the previous reseller or record (ROR), so we must follow this manual process.

Generate leads, pay your dues, and attend some meetings. That's it. If you generate one new lead a year that adds to your annual recurring revenue, and pay your portion of your dues, your membership will remain in good standing.

Your membership fees with Swiftpage are capped at $250 per annum. There are no other fees to be a KPP.

Nope, but we hope you would. We host an annual KPP dinner each year at the conference, and we love getting together to mingle with all our team members. We also believe the Conference is a great learning opportunity for all Channel Partners, but your participation as a KPP is optional.

Nothing happens to your company, as you will continue to directly support and bill your customers as you did before. There is no legal change of status with your company, nor do you become an employee of Keystroke.
In fact, it is our goal to help you generate more service business through increased software sales to your contacts.

The only change is we bill your customers for software sales & renewals, and we pay you a commission on those completed sales. In this respect, it has the same employment implications if you let Swiftpage bill your customers direct, which is none.

Yes. As a "secondary" partner you would operate under our account number.

Yes. As a "secondary" partner you're still entitled to Swiftpage support, just like all our technical support staff currently are. You quote our account number when calling in, and you can even use our toll free number to do so, as you get an extension and softphone when you actively work as a Keystroke Partner.

Of course. As mentioned previously, you're not closing your company, so it's your choice to continue using your old email address, or switch to your new Keystroke.team address, or do a mix of both and simply configure your Team account to forward to your old account. The choice is yours.

You will be ranked as a Diamond Partner at or near the top for your region, and as a part of Keystroke.ca. Per Swiftpage rules, you must advertise your Keystroke.team email address and website, but you can still list your normal business phone number in your listing.

We do not control the lead distribution process from Swiftpage, but we generally tell partners to expect a lot less. 
To offset this drop in lead flow, we do give labour referrals to many of our partners, and often hire them outright to work with our customers. We've also assigned house accounts from designated territories to certain partners so that they can farm them for additional leads.

Yes, of course. We have provisions in the KPP contract that spell out referral commissions for support in both directions - when we support your customers and when you support ours.

The only thing we ask is that you advise your customers to call 1-833-ACT-BOLD for support while you're off, and tell them they'll need a support plan in place to get service. Support plans cost as littles as $175/account, and you'd get commission on those deals.

Nope, you're only expected to generate leads. Once you get a lead, pass it to our sales team, and then we'll do the rest. No more demos, no more quotes, and no more follow-ups. It's that easy.
You are welcome to sell our add-ons for full margin if you wish, or sell other developers add-ons directly to your customers.

Sure, but we'd prefer you ask us any questions first since you have faster access to us by Slack or email, and we often can help you quicker. If we're not available, then yes you can call Swiftpage with your questions directly.

Yes, we have weekly product training meetings, and KPP's are welcome to attend our Wednesday staff meetings, as well. You also get a Slack account where you can submit questions to the team on any product or support issue.

We do. Each quarter we submit all ACC renewals to Swiftpage with payment, and we also poke each partner to ensure they wish us to renew on their behalf. Other certifications like APT are done the same way.

Each year we hold one or more group sessions where we all take the exam together. Each exam question is reviewed and discussed with the team so everyone benefits from the expertise of the group. It's quite a learning experience, and no partner has ever failed. Partners are also welcome to take it on their own, of course.

Yes, except you'd use the same licensing assigned ot us as the parent ACC company.

The Keystroke Customer Portal provides online access to all the software & subscription information we have on your customers, and it's easy to access 24-hours a day. All you need is the customer's account number and primary email address. Additional security options can also be applied.
