Frequently Asked Questions
We know change can be scary, even when the benefits seem clear, so the least we can do is try to address the most commonly asked questions and concerns we get from prospective partners entering the program. The list is not intended to be exhaustive, but it covers the questions we've been asked most often.
Do I really get an NFR of all your programs, even the ones made just for ACC's?
Yes, there are no exceptions. If we make a product, you can get an NFR license for your internal production and training use. We want all our partners to be able to promote and support our products, so the least we can do is provide is provide them free licensing. As team members, you also get free access to our popular ACC AdminPack, which includes hundreds of dollars worth of utilities all other resellers have to pay for.

* Select Partner designation refers to an Act! Consultant that sells Act! as their only CRM product.
Act! Certified Consultants (ACC) are an exclusive group of independent, trained, and authorized professionals who specialize in helping you implement Act! to run your business better. Members of the Keystroke Partner Programs are all independant Act! Certified Consultants, and bill separately for their services. Keystroke is in no way liable or responsible for any claims made to products or services provided by these third-party vendors. The Act! Certification is managed independently by Swiftpage.
