Steve was one of the original instructors for the ACC program, and at one time had personally certified 75% of the consultants in North America.

Steve established ASDS in 1990.  His career is built on an advanced skillset for successfully implementing Act!  He’s been an Act! Certified Consultant, Trainer, Advisory Board Member and Product Development Partner.

As the premier Act! Business Process Consultant, Steve translates business requirements into Act! workflow directly tied to your goals.  This involves database design, data conversion, integration with software and websites, custom solutions using the API, custom tables, dashboards, marketing automation, reporting and mobile solutions.

Certified Consultant, Jean specializes in project specification and project management.  With an extensive career working for Fortune 500 accounts, she is adept at defining requirements and overseeing their implementation.  She holds the award for “Most Outstanding Customer References.”  Her niche is understanding and then articulating complex technical information to non-technical audiences.  With a degree in Marketing, she has significant experience designing and producing marketing materials that get results.

Amber has been an ACT! user since the 1990’s and consulting since 2002. Although her specialty is training, she also enjoys playing an active role in integrating act! with other online applications. Her expertise in Excel, Access, Quickbooks among other applications allows her to provide a thorough end-user experience. Amber also test-drives much of the CRM functionality as the owner of other local businesses which allows her to see things from her clients’ perspective.

Brenda Ralston has been an Act! user since about 1987, using it heavily within two small businesses through 2009.  She certified as an Act! Consultant in 2010 and has helped many small businesses implement and leverage Act! since.  She relates to Users from their perspective and her HR background allows her to appreciate Act! for many purposes and from many perspectives.  She enjoys most working hands-on with newer users and small groups, and demonstrating more efficient ways to accomplish your goals using Act!
